Product of the Year USA Sweepstakes Official RulesNO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN. The Fall 2023 Product of the Year USA Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) begins on August 28, 2023 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. The Contest is sponsored by [Product of the Year USA] (“Sponsor”).Eligibility. The Contest is only open to individuals who, as of August 28, 2023, 12:00 AM EST (i) are residents of the United States, (ii) have reached twenty-one (21) years of age; and (iii) are residents in a jurisdiction where receipts of prizes or entry into the Contest are not prohibited by local laws, rules, or regulations. Corporations and other organizations are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assignees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and their family and household members, are not eligible. Winners must meet prize eligibility requirements and Sponsor shall not be liable to ineligible entrants.Entry. The Contest winner will be determined on September 25, 2023, at or around 1:00PM EST. The decision will be made by Sponsor via Rafflecopter. Ten winners will be selected based on entry rules to receive a bundle of 2023 Product of the Year winning products (the “Prize”). The approximate value of the Prize is $320 USD. The Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to review or adjust the costs related to the Prize without notice. In no event shall any difference between approximate value as determined by Sponsor and the actual value of the Prize entitle a winner to any monetary or other awards or refunds.Winner. The Contest winners will be notified via email on Monday, September 25, 2023 at or around 1:00PM EST. In order to be declared a Winner, the selected entrant must: (i) execute, notarize, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Price Acceptance/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal and requested by Sponsor) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification; and (ii) otherwise fully comply with these Official Rules. In the event a selected entrant does not meet one of these criteria, another entrant may be selected by Sponsor’s judges.
