Product of the Year USA Sweepstakes Official RulesNO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN. The 2024 Product of the Year USA Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) begins on July 24, 2024 at 10:00PM EST and ends on August 21, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. The Contest is sponsored by [Product of the Year USA] (“Sponsor”).Eligibility. The Contest is only open to individuals who, as of August 21, 2024, 11:59PM EST (i) are residents of the United States, (ii) have reached twenty-one (21) years of age; and (iii) are residents in a jurisdiction where receipts of prizes or entry into the Contest are not prohibited by local laws, rules, or regulations. Corporations and other organizations are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assignees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and their family and household members, are not eligible. Winners must meet prize eligibility requirements and Sponsor shall not be liable to ineligible entrants.Entry. All entries must be received by August 21, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. This Contest is limited to restrictions per Rafflecopter.Winner Selection/Prize. The Contest winner will be determined on August 22, 2024, at or around 1:00PM EST. The decision will be made by Sponsor. Ten winners will be selected based on entry rules to receive a bundle of 2024 Product of the Year winning products (the “Prize”). The approximate value of the Prize is $230 USD. The Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to review or adjust the costs related to the Prize without notice. In no event shall any difference between approximate value as determined by Sponsor and the actual value of the Prize entitle a winner to any monetary or other awards or refunds.Winner. The Contest winners will be notified via email on Monday, March 11, 2024 at or around 1:00PM EST. In order to be declared a Winner, the selected entrant must: (i) execute, notarize, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Price Acceptance/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal and requested by Sponsor) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification; and (ii) otherwise fully comply with these Official Rules. In the event a selected entrant does not meet one of these criteria, another entrant may be selected by Sponsor’s judges.
